The "show" at NBC yesterday morning was one we could have done without. As we were doing our usual walk-by, we heard Fergie and she sounded much like how her face looks: like ass.

Apparently many others could have done without that show as well because no one was there. Bwahahahahahaha.

I've found things from over a decade ago stashed in my room...

Pictures of friends from Trinidad that I don't talk to anymore.

Toy aliens from my obsession years ago in Binghamton.

Resident Evil figures that are all 'action' and shoot arrows from crossbows, I forgot I had, and all manners of monsters.

I finally found my trusty Phillips and flat head screwdrivers that took apart my computer and came in handy often in my life.

There's a letter from Gentian with pictures of Trent she sent to me ages ago when I was still in love with the man...1994 to be exact.

Two Dilbert comics collections I vaguely remember we had, copies of Calvin and Hobbes' books and a giant Word Seek we bought sometime...why? I don't even know. Were we traveling? Or was it just for fun? We love that sort of thing and I don't remember why we have it.

Drawings of my characters I'd forgotten I'd made and safely tucked away. I wonder how long I've been drawing the same 9 or so characters I've loved? I've loved them for a long time apparently, much longer than I can recall.

I even found a drawing that H1 did of Thomas the cat and Heebie-Jeebie the mouse (I tucked it back into hiding H1, so I won't be digging it up again anytime soon).

But of all this shit in my room, I can't find the one thing I set out to find.

I tore the damned room apart and I still don't know where it is...

I want my picture of my Brian that I took.

I'll treasure it forever because he gave it to me for one of my birthdays and I remember how excited he was.

H1 remembers her 'Little School' and the little cooking note pad he gave to her because, "that's where you should be, Patty - in the kitchen cooking for me! Love, Your Little School."

Yay! A second season for xxxHOLiC! I never thought it'd happen but here we are. I am so happy that my Watanuki is back, sad about Himawari Chan and loving Domeki a lot more than I did - at least, this is what I think I will be feeling if only someone would sub the first episode already! Ugh, I need to learn Japanese, clearly.

Again With The Assholery

So, Trent's been doing a lot of shart lately. Two weeks ago he said he'd stream it live - the 'grand' event of his signing the LE copies of Ghosts I-IV. Umm. Okay. Whatever. Lame but whatever.

Today I get my pre-sale code for a NIN ticket. Hooray! They'll make it all glossy for me and put my name on it, and I can collect so no scalpers can get involved. Brilliant! But not brilliant - NJ. Once again, another effin' concert in NJ. What's with the NY boycott, you assholes? Grrrrr.

Finally, the release of a new album that was, "on me" said Trent. A free download, of songs that are probably rejects from previous albums, maybe? Maybe. I don't know yet because I've not yet listened but I get to the download page and was greeted by elitist behaviour.



Don't you be pointing out my inadequacies, Reznor! Don't you be telling me I'm stoopid, I should download what version then describing my stupidity for me in jargon I don't want to get involved with!

Just so you know, I know what it all means!

Currently listening to: "Mis-takes" by The Charlatans. Here's another album that is tossed in the category "Yeah, this really needed to be free", the same as The Slip might be headed for. I won't know until tomorrow.

Sometimes it's a mistake to download things handed to me for free.
