Give him black wings? Give the background a good black solid paint over? Hmmm...so confused.

Did I also mention I decided Zarnyx could do with a fur-trimmed coat?

(Note to self: No worries, his love of showing skin will not be harmed in the making of this coat)

I have yet to decide on the colour of said coat since I can't really even draw the coat right, but as it is, his pants-cape (capes are dangerous! don't wear them!) is red, his shirt and attachments is an off-white, and his pants are dark grey/to black.

I'm thinking a blood red for his coat might be my best option but...

He might be turning into a Trinidadian Flag.

Help me, someone.

Drawing

I drew last night instead of posting the many blogs I did tonight because Blogger had a scheduled maintenance that they claimed would last 10 minutes, said it was done then proceeded to lie to me by not working.

Here's what resulted and it's not that cute, nor does that look like Raguel's hand but it looks like Van Joshua's and that's scary. I'm thinking I need to write some horrible story to go along with this picture. Oh, that won't be pretty. Additionally, Raguel has no legs, H1. And I'm not just saying that 'cause I can't draw feet.

This picture looks suspiciously like one I've done before trying to model him after a Disgaea character with the same hand gesture and everything. Ugh, I hate when my brain is muddled, which now that I think about it is all the time.

Lame!

Raguel, drawn with a good ol' pencil and unfinished. I only did this because I wanted to draw a hood because I had forgotten my initial design for him was that Raguel wore a hood. I remembered after I saw a picture of Allen Walker from D. Gray Man. "Oh Yeah...Raguel's got one of those to hide those non-eyes he's got..."

Trying Things

Thanks to Tite Kubo. And it's not that I can't find someone else who did an over the shoulder stance to help me but the latest chapter of Bleach had a great drawing of my Yumi, and I decided to draw that form since I near to never have done it before.

I most always use Zarnyx to try new things on since he's always on the brain but I think someone else would have benefited from this or helped me to get the form down better...like maybe Raguel or Raphael. In any event! Here is Zarnyx and I still managed to not get it right. ::sigh:: I'll keep working on that but in the meanwhile, this isn't done yet either.

Hello, Spring

I'm not particularly loving the tan sides in this blog layout but I'll give it a go and see what H1 thinks when she returns from the museum with the BooHead.

Anyways, welcome to spring where butterflies frolick in the sunshine amidst flowers that don't exist in this world, ie, I don't know what kind they're supposed to be or what exactly I've drawn.

They do however, look awfully dead to me.

Next month and thereafter, April showers bring May flowers (the kind that don't exist in this world, ie, I don't know what kind they're supposed to be or what exactly I've drawn) and after that Summer, not featured in the banner.

Tch, did I mention I dislike Spring? It reminds me Summer's soon to follow and if it's one thing I hate, it's Summer.

In 21 Days

It'll be the first day of Spring. I am not that thrilled because Spring comes, quickly followed by Summer and I hate me a Summer.

Anyway, that's not why I'm posting. I drew Raguel with the WACOM and it's not good at all. It is in fact, a little bit creepy even for me yet endearing in that skeletal sort of way but he really is more beautiful than this. I will have to redraw him sometime because I don't draw him as much as I should to get practice because SOMEBODY hates to look upon him.

Why would anyone not want to look at a guy who has mastered the Internet in his eye sockets?

What was up with that art? It's fantastic but scary; Those droplets of blood, the crazy angles (pointed out by Beetchie), the darkness and the new art direction with the slow mo. and the new sad song...just when you thought this show couldn't get better, it slaps you silly for thinking such nonsense (the same kind of silly Grimmjow Jaggerjack laid down on Ichigo).

The other 'new' thing we need to discuss is Tousen. He's my most hated character and I was hoping that he'd at least get a cool make-over when he went to Hueco Mundo but of course not. That ass looks even worse now! And no offense but now he looks like Geordi LaForge! Stupid visor...
